Benefiting EJ’s PJs

On April 25, 2026, our community is coming together at Hummus Fit in Lake Grove for an unforgettable day of strength, generosity, and heart.

Muscles & Meals isn’t just a fitness-inspired fundraiser — it’s a high-energy community event featuring eating and push-up contests, raffles, music, special guests, local vendors, and more — all to support an incredible mission.
